Biography
RUBY PALOMARES joined RHRC as Associate Attorney in June, 2023, and her experience in civil litigation will be an asset to our team.
Ruby completed her B.A. in Communications at U.C. Davis, then earned her J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2020. Alongside her studies, Ruby pursued her passion for civil rights and volunteered as a student counselor and advocate for several Bay Area organizations, including the Katherine George Alexander Community Center’s Works’ Rights and Immigration Clinics and the Northern California Innocence Project.
Ruby is originally from Santa Barbara but has resided in the Bay Area since 2017.
