Eric is considered a leading expert in the state of California on secured transactions, foreclosures and real property tax appeals; his knowledge of these distinctive subjects is consistently sought by judges, peers, and clients alike.
In addition to handling a diverse array of matters, Eric's client base includes high profile real estate developers, large real estate holding companies, small commercial property owners, contractors, homeowners, attorneys, judges, accountants, and local celebrities. From small residential matters to some of the largest high-rise developers in San Jose, no client or matter is too large or too small.

After beginning his practice in 2003, he has earned Martindale & Hubbell's highest rating, "AV Preeminent," which is awarded based on review by judges and legal peers and is awarded to fewer than 5% of attorneys in the United States. Providing the highest quality of work to obtain the best possible results is of paramount importance to him, both professionally and personally.
