SUMMARY OF PRACTICE

Jill's practice focuses on business, commercial, and real estate-related litigation, including business-to-business contract disputes, and complex commercial litigation arising from real estate transactions. She has represented clients at the administrative, trial court, and appellate levels. Jill's experience includes representing commercial developers, lenders, closely held businesses, and public entites in breach of contract, unfair business practic, lender liability, professional negligence, and other actions. She also has represented clients in real estate-related bankruptcy matters. Before joining RHRC in 2011, Jill practiced civil litigation at a large regional law firm, where she represented clients in general business litigation and professional liability disputes.

Jill teaches legal writing at Lincoln Law School in San Jose. She also sits on the Advisory Board for the Bay Area Urban Debate Leage, a nonprofit that builds and supports debate programs in regional urgan high schools. Before practicing law, Jill produced reality-based television programming for PBS, Lifetime Medical Television, and corporate clients.
